The modern independent sponsor

We fund our search for traditional businesses by consulting in those industries, then acquire and operate a platform company to consolidate. We repeat this cycle across multiple theses at once through the disciplined and flexible use of talent. These consulting motions create lower-stakes work that serves as a pipeline into our higher-stakes work. This is how we train you while empowering you to learn, creating space for mistakes, and propelling your growth.

"I started in September, 2025 as an FP&A Intern. I started off building financial models for our property management thesis, and was also trained through consulting for our clients. One year later, with de Anda's support, I've learned to own the entire FP&A function. Now, my work ranges from building valuation models to doing financial diligence for our deals."
